You are cordially invited to participate in the Check-in Day on 24 April
2024 (Wed), a campus-wide festival dedicated to raising
self-awareness of one’s mental health status and connecting everyone
with both university’s and community mental health resources for
prevention and early intervention to foster well-being, enhancing
self-care and nourishing both body and mind.
Let’s celebrate the importance of mental health, break down barriers,
and embrace a holistic approach to well-being. Come to the Atrium and
pick up a stamp card to kickstart your participation. Together, let's
create a community where mental health is prioritized, understood, and
supported.
