All of us crave a sense of connection and love from different kind of relationships. Although we often gain support and joy from relationships, sometimes some relationships can start off or become unhealthy over time. Unhealthy relationships can bring us suffering and influence our mental well-being. By reviewing, identifying and letting go of unhealthy relationships, we regain our mental space and refocus on fulfilling relationships.

After this workshop, you will:

  • Know what are toxic relationships
  • Recognize different types of toxic relationships
  • Understand why it is sometimes hard to leave toxic relationships
  • Learn ways to leave toxic relationships
