Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) is a simple and powerful process to discover simple, safe, effective and personalized tools to create and maintain your wellness in your everyday life.
In this talk, you would learn tips to construct a brief WRAP® plan to support your ongoing study plan and especially in the midst of due dates and release of final exam schedule. With the belief that you are the expert of yourself, we hope to empower participants with increased awareness of early warning signs for timely support to cope with whatever challenges that you encounter during your stay at HKUST and beyond.
