This workshop delves into the dynamics of introversion and extroversion, challenging common misconceptions and highlighting the strengths inherent in both personality types.
Participants will gain a deeper insight into their own preferences while examining the unique cognitive functions that influence the behaviors of introverts and extroverts. Additionally, they will acquire practical strategies for improving communication, promoting collaboration and appreciating the value of diverse personality traits in both personal and professional contexts.
Remark: A simple pre-session online MBTI questionnaire will be sent to participants to help them identify their personality tendencies.
