Emotions are a journey of transformation, offering insight into your present state. They reveal when change is necessary, particularly during difficult, frustrating, or confusing times. In this workshop, participants will be guided to explore their emotions and uncover the "energy" and "motion" beneath the surface. Together, these two elements facilitate a dynamic process of transformation, providing the drive and direction needed for change.

This engaging and contemporary workshop is designed to provide university students with a relatable and practical understanding of anxiety. Using the popular film Inside Out 2 as a foundational framework, we will demystify the experience of anxiety by exploring its cognitive, physical, and behavioral components. The session will translate the movie's intuitive metaphors into the evidence-based principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), offering participants tangible strategies to manage anxious thoughts and feelings in their academic and personal lives.
