In this experiential workshop, Dr. Melissa Chan, UK trained Clinical Psychologist, would ride on the Compassion-focused Therapy framework and lead different experiential exercise to help participants connect deeper within themselves, find balance and be more compassionate as fuel to propel along the ups and downs and to promote a more compassionate and caring community.
