A major driver of help-seeking is whether the environment feels safe enough. This workshop explores why reaching out can feel hard even when support exists, how to notice early “not coping as usual” cues, and what everyday interactions can lower the cost of speaking up. You’ll leave with a shared language for common barriers and a few simple ways to respond that help people reach out earlier.
