The 12-hour MHFA course will teach you how to provide initial support to people with mental health problem or people experiencing mental health crisis. It will cover: 

  • Basic knowledge of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders and substance use disorders;

In this workshop, students will engage in fluid art while practicing mindfulness, allowing them to explore basic fluid art techniques and color psychology. Participants will create their own acrylic paintings on canvas, providing a unique outlet to express and relieve their emotions. The process will foster self-awareness in a safe environment, encouraging students to focus on the present moment, regardless of their prior art experience. Each student will leave with a completed piece of artwork that reflects their creative journey.
